Refund & Cancellation Policy

Koupify Platform

This Refund Policy governs the purchase of entries, vouchers, or participation in the Event program operated by KOUPIFY ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

1No Refund Policy

All purchases made for Event participation, including but not limited to entry fees, vouchers, tokens, or digital credits, are non-refundable and non-transferable once the transaction is successfully completed.

Participation in the Event is entirely voluntary, and users acknowledge that the outcome is based on selection criteria..


2Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • User dissatisfaction with the reward received
  • Failure to win a desired reward
  • User error during purchase or participation
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to use the reward due to personal reasons
  • Technical issues on the user's device or internet connectivity

3Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Payment debited but Event entry not generated
  • Transaction failure confirmed by our payment gateway

All such cases are subject to verification and approval by the Company.


4Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Users must contact customer support at support@intellicloudtek.com or 9743662200 with transaction details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank/payment gateway processing timelines.

5Coupon Fulfilment

If a reward cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer an alternative reward of equal value, or
  • Provide store credits, or
  • Extend participation in a future Event

Important: Cash refunds will not be provided for rewards.


6Fraud & Abuse

The Company reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Misuse of the platform

7Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
