How coins, referral codes, and checkout benefits work in Koupify
Wallet coins help you pay a little less. Referral codes help you earn a little more.
Coins stay inside Koupify. You earn them from cashback and referrals, then use them on future ticket payments. Your referral code appears after your first successful purchase, and you can share it from your wallet screen.
How wallet coins work
- 1 Koupify Coin equals ₹1, and you can only use it inside Koupify.
- You earn coins from first-purchase cashback and from referrals.
- Coins can't be withdrawn or bought directly.
- At checkout, you can pay with coins and UPI or card together.
When your code shows up
- Your referral code shows up after your first successful purchase.
- You can copy it from My Wallet and share it with others.
- Someone can enter a referral code during checkout before their account is linked.
- If they skip it once, they can still add it later until the link gets locked in.
Where you'll use them
- Use the Wallet Coins section if you want to bring down the amount you pay.
- Add a referral code before payment if your account is still eligible.
- Self-referrals and invalid codes are blocked, but your order can still go through without one.
How the referral flow works
After your first purchase
You won't have a referral code when you sign up. It appears after your first successful purchase.
Share it with others
Once the code appears in My Wallet, you can copy it and send it to friends or family.
Use it at checkout
A new customer can enter the code during checkout, as long as their account isn't already linked.
It stays linked
After the code is accepted, that referral link stays attached to the account.
Earn from future purchases
When that person buys again later, referral rewards move up the chain. Wallet cashback is handled separately.
